Daterra invited us to take part in their Our Plot of Daterra program, giving us a plot at their farm to test an idea of our choosing. We explored how different water compositions during processing can influence the flavour of coffee. Join us at our Newstead Flagship, as we unpack the experiment and taste the samples that led us to our final selection.
