45 min courtside mat pilates + a hand-whisked iced speciality matcha. all levels welcome. 28th nov, 4pm. springfield central. we’re taking pilates out of the studio and onto the court. flow through a 45 minute mat pilates session right on the tennis court, led by annie. it’s designed for all levels, so whether you’re a regular or brand new, you’ll leave feeling switched on and grounded. afterwards, cool down with a freshly hand-whisked iced speciality matcha from the mélora matcha bar, made with ceremonial grade matcha from uji, kyoto. what’s included • 45 min courtside mat pilates session • 1 x hand-whisked iced speciality matcha • a midday reset with the mélora community what to bring • water bottle, hat and sunscreen • comfy activewear this ticket is for the 4pm pilates session. after tennis? book the 2pm session instead. please note: mats will be provided, subject to our new mélora mats arriving in time. if there are any delays, this will become a bring-your-own-mat session. we’ll let all ticket holders know by 22nd november so you have plenty of time to prepare. this is an outdoor event and is weather dependent. if it’s raining, the session will be moved to a new date, or you can choose a full refund. we’ll be in touch with all ticket holders as early as possible on the day if this is the case.
