TH7 Cleveland x Pilates on the Bay Reform and Recover

Join us for some reformer pilates followed by a recovery session to celebrate our 1st birthday! Reform & Recover - 1st Birthday Weekend 🎉 Continue the celebrations with us for our 1st Birthday Weekend with a morning dedicated to movement, connection and recovery. 🧘‍♀️✨ We’re teaming up with Pilates on the Bay for a guided Reformer Pilates class, led by one of their experienced instructors. Expect a fun, challenging and energising session designed to get you moving and feeling great. Following the Pilates class, we’ll head to TH7 for a recovery session - the perfect way to finish your morning and give your body some well-deserved recovery.
