Unpack in the Arena is a monthly 2-hour immersive breathwork workshop designed to help you safely unpack what you've been carrying in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. Through guided reflection, breakthrough breathwork, and gentle integration, you'll create space for your nervous system to regulate, your mind to quieten, and your body to release what words often can't.
