Inspired by the reflective symbolism of Mercury Retrograde, Unwritten // The Art of Becoming is a soul-nourishing 120 minute experience created to invite reflection, release and realignment. A space to pause between what has been and what is yet to come, your story is still unwritten. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Held collaboratively by Heart, Spirit & Soul Collective and Space of Wellness, you’ll be gently guided through: • Spirit Breathwork: Turn inward, connect with your breath and create space to explore what may be ready to shift or be released. • Spirit Cacao Ceremony: Slow down, connect within and sit with the intentions and reflections that are emerging for you. • Reiki: Soften into the present moment, allowing yourself space to simply rest and receive. • Crystal Sound Bath: Surrender into stillness as the resonance of crystal singing bowls guides you through an immersive sound journey. • Unwritten Reflection Ritual: Explore two gentle invitations — What am I ready to release? and What am I choosing to carry forward? • Integration & Reflection: Gently return, ground and create space to notice what is present for you and what you may wish to take forward. Places are intentionally limited to create a nurturing and supported journey. There is nothing you need to figure out, force or become. Allow the experience to unfold in whatever way feels right for you.
