Get ready for 2 action-packed days of badminton at the UQ Centre! 🔥 Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate social player, or an experienced competitor, there’s a division for you. Event Details 📍 Venue: UQ Centre 🗓️ Dates: Saturday 3 October & Sunday 4 October 2026 ⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 🏸 Tournament Format • Round-robin group stage • ➡️ Knockout rounds • 🏆 Finals Best of 3 games to 11 points 5 Events: • Men’s Singles • Women’s Singles • Mixed Doubles • Men’s Doubles • Women’s Doubles Players are welcome to enter multiple events. 3 Grades: • Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced Players can enter their grade level and one level higher (i.e. Beginner in Intermediate, Intermediate in Advanced). Please note: UQ Badminton Association has the right to disqualify players who misrepresent their grade. 💰 Entry Fees • 💜 UQ Badminton Members: $20 per event (/person) • 🎟️ Non-Members: $25 per event (/person) 🥇 Prizes & Medals • Medals and special prizes will be awarded across the tournament.
