We hold so much within our hearts — feelings left unspoken, emotions we haven't allowed ourselves to feel, and parts of ourselves that get lost in the busyness of everyday life. Where Heart Meets Truth is a nurturing 120-minute experience inviting you to slow down, soften your heart and create space to reconnect with your authentic self. Inspired by the connection between the Heart and Throat Chakras, this journey invites you to explore your feelings, honour your truth and reconnect with your authentic voice. THE EXPERIENCE ♡ Spirit Cacao Ceremony & Gentle Meditation - Open your heart Begin with slowing down and connecting with beautiful spirit of mother cacao. Connect with your intention and invite love, compassion and acceptance. ♡ Spirit Breathwork - Creating Space Within Through consciously connected breath, opportunity to soften the mind, reconnect with your body and create space for you and release what no longer services you. ♡ Reiki - Rest, receive and reconnect - Allow yourself to surrender into stillness as you receive the gentle energy of Reiki. With an intention of supporting the Heart and Throat Chakras, this is a space to rest, reconnect and honour your own inner experience. Nothing to do. Nothing to achieve. Simply receive. ♡ Oracle Cards, Reflection & Integration Connect with your intuition, honour what arises and gently return to the present moment, with quite reflection, connections and optional sharing. Perhaps allowing yourself to sit with the questions: What has my heart been holding? What truth am I ready to honour? Sometimes simply acknowledging our truth within ourselves is enough. A PERSONAL INVITATION FROM JENN I invite you to this supportive space where you can simply be yourself, without judgement or expectations. My own journey through healing and grief has taught me the importance of having a space where you feel safe and accepted just as you are. My hope is that you leave this experience feeling a little lighter, a little more connected to your heart and perhaps a little more comfortable honouring your own truth. I'll be there to welcome snd support you with whatever this experience brings. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your water bottle, face mask, journal, crystals or anything that helps you feel grounded and connected.
