Women's Circle September 2026 - Brisbane

Beautiful Sisters, I am so excited to see you all for our next Circle! What to expect? -A safe space where you will be received, heard, seen, and held. -Activities sometimes in pairs, in groups, or alone on a given topic. -The topic is designed to connect with yourself and your sisters on this shared journey, to learn, laugh, cry, be, heal, and release. -Activities are similar, but not exclusive to meditation, breathing, reflective exercise, creativity exploration, sharing, eye gazing, and relaxing. Is it for me? -It is for you if you are open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to connect authentically with yourself and your sisters. -This circle is an inclusive healing space for all. How much is it? $12 What to bring? -A water bottle -Your yoga mat -Wear comfortable clothes, so you can move freely throughout the night and sit on the floor -A pen and a journal (recommended) (The room has cushions (a lot), some blankets and (a few) spare mats if you need or bring your own.) IMPORTANT 1. In respect for the group's energy, entry will be denied 15 minutes after the circle starts. 2. A CAT lives on the premises. Who is the host? Anick, I am a French-Canadian psychology lecturer. I arrived in Australia in 2014, and have been working in tertiary education for 15 years. My passion is to teach and support women's growth so they become who they are meant to be. I have been hosting Women's Circle in Brisbane for more than 4 years.
