Women's Health Expo - Thrive at Every Stage

Join us for a morning of meaningful conversation and connection centred around women's health, presented by Bodytrack Exercise Physiology. We’ll unpack topics including menopause, movement, pelvic health and pelvic pain, as well as confidence, stress, wellbeing and finding ways to thrive through whatever your next chapter may be. This event is designed for anyone and everyone, of all ages and identities. Your ticket includes a light lunch, access to all sessions, our community expo and a gift bag for every attendee. Session 1: Movement & Menopause A conversation exploring how movement, nutrition and medical care can support women through menopause and beyond, featuring an Exercise Physiologist, Dietitian and GP/gynaecology perspective. Session 2: The Pelvic Floor & Pelvic Pain An important conversation about pelvic floor health and pelvic pain: what’s normal, what’s not, and where to seek support. We’ll also explore how we can start having more open conversations about these often-challenging topics, helping women better support their daughters and granddaughters and create a different path for the next generation. We will bring together expertise from Women's Health Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Dietetics. Session 3: Thriving, Not Just Surviving: A lifestyle-focused session exploring confidence, wellbeing and embracing your next chapter. Featuring a Personal Fashion Stylist and Colour Consultant, a Women's Health Psychologist, with additional speakers to be announced.We'll also be bringing back some of the things our community loved most about previous years - the opportunity to ask questions, connect with others and explore a range of local businesses and services.
