Words for her - an art-based wellness session for women

The concept Words for Her is a gentle creative session built around the words we once needed to hear, and the quiet power of writing them for someone else. What it is A reflective letter-writing and creative workshop where women write an anonymous letter filled with encouragement, reassurance or wisdom for another woman in the room, someone they may never learn the name of, whose day they're about to change anyway. How it works We begin with a lighthearted icebreaker and a grounding moment, easing into the space together. You'll sit with a question that goes a little deeper: what would your younger self, or the version of you from a harder season, have needed to hear. You'll write from that place, then decorate your letter, folding your own care into the paper itself. Letters are exchanged blindly, so every woman leaves holding words written especially for her, by someone who understood without ever meeting her. Why it matters So often, the words we reach for to comfort someone else are the very ones we've been quietly waiting to hear ourselves. This session makes room for that, for reflection, for tenderness, for being truly seen, without ever needing to say your story out loud.
