What to expect 🤎 You'll be guided through a beautiful combination of heart-centred practices: • Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting – Open the ceremony with a warm cup of cacao, connect with yourself and set an intention for your journey. • Guided Meditation – A gentle guided meditation to reconnect with your younger self, offering compassion, understanding and love. • Forgiveness & Emotional Release – Explore emotions, past experiences and patterns through guided energetic processes designed to support forgiveness, acceptance and letting go. • Ho'oponopono Practice – A traditional Hawaiian reconciliation practice centred on forgiveness, love and compassion. • Reiki Energy Healing & Sound Bath – Close the ceremony with restorative sound and Reiki, allowing time for deep relaxation, reflection and integration.
