Yin & Pins — From Spark to Stillness As the year draws to a close, the festive season can bring a spark of excitement, connection and celebration. It can also bring a long list of things to do and people to see. Join Dr Nathan Chin and me for a gentle afternoon to pause, replenish and find your balance as we move into summer. In traditional Chinese medicine, summer is associated with the Fire element—a season of warmth, activity and connection. During this Yin & Pins experience, we’ll explore how we can tend to our own energy and make space for both the spark of the season and the stillness that supports us. Your afternoon will include: • An introduction to the summer season and the Fire element • Gentle breathwork and Yin Yoga, with a focus on the hands, arms, shoulders and upper back • An extended relaxation with acupuncture by Dr Nathan Chin • The soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls Whether you’re feeling ready for the festive season or already in need of a pause, this is an invitation to take some time for yourself.
