Your Tech Circles - Conversations that Actually Move Careers Forward

What would change if you could ask for what you actually need - and had the right people around you when you did? Your Tech Circles is a practical, high-energy evening for women in tech who are done waiting and ready to move. The night opens with a keynote exploring three ideas that don't get talked about enough: why women in tech are conditioned out of asking, why strategic generosity is one of the most underrated career tools out there, and why proximity and who you spend time with is quietly shaping your ceiling. Then you'll rotate through facilitated table sessions, each led by a senior tech leader, covering themes of finding your voice, owning your value, and playing the room. The Tables No fixed themes, no scripts. Each mentor brings their own story and area of expertise to your table, and the conversation goes wherever it needs to go: navigating confidence, imposter syndrome, career pivots, backing yourself in the room, and everything in between. You'll meet three different mentors across the evening, each bringing something different to the table. Small groups. Real talk. Practical takeaways you can use immediately. Meet your Mentors: (Full list coming soon!) By the end of the evening, you'll have new thinking, new tools, and new connections, built right here in this room. This is Her Tech Circle doing what it does best: creating the space where real conversations happen. Huge thank you! To the awesome team at Scyne for hosting us in their amazing offices!
