Caring for a person with Dementia/ABI/ or recovering from a Stroke Understanding Changes in the Body: Practical Learning for Carers Join Senior Physiotherapists Nicolas Olguin and Clara Andrich for an engaging and interactive session created especially for carers. Through conversation, practical examples and specialist knowledge, we’ll explore how neurological conditions and injuries can affect the body, movement, balance and everyday functioning and what carers can notice when supporting someone they care for. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and build practical knowledge that can help you feel more informed and confident in your caring role. Meet your presenters Clara Andrich is a Concussion Management and Vestibular Physiotherapist, with specialised knowledge in concussion, dizziness, balance and vestibular conditions. Nicolas Olguin is a Senior Physiotherapist with a strong interest in neurological and complex conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, Huntington’s disease and Cerebral Palsy.
