The training will cover topics such as identifying warning signs, providing initial help, and guiding people to appropriate resources. This will begin with 5 - 6 hours of Self-paced learning online modules to be completed prior to the Live in person session. Register now to secure your spot! Held at the Wellways Carer Hub, Cairns, next to the Library. In addition to the MHFA training you will also recieve some support with some focus on Self care, stress managment and having safe conversations about mental health and wellbeing. Please note this is a funded training program for carers, this is someone caring for someone at home with a physical disability of Mental health concern.
