Slow down. Soften. Breathe. This is gentle yoga with heart. We move at the pace of your breath through simple postures, yin-inspired holds, and lots of care. Think: less striving, more feeling. Less doing, more being. Whether you’re new to yoga, coming back after a break, or just craving something slower, this space is for you. Leave with a quieter mind, an open body, and that deep "ahhh" feeling. Come an nourish your body, your mind, and spirit with a hour of gentle movement. Come home to your body. Suitable for all levels. No flexibility needed or experience required. Just you, your breath and permission to go at your own pace. Perfect if you feel stressed, tight, recovering, or simply want a quieter kind of yoga. Leave feeling softer in your body and calmer in your mind. Please bring your own mat and other needs. However mats and props can be provided.
