Peter James | Trial Show. [CAIRNS]

Join the crew at Laughing Heart Comedy as Brisbane crowd-favourite, Peter James gives his solo show a test run before festival season. Peter James is touring the country in 2027 and has decided to return home to Cairns for a trial of his new show before he hits the road. The show is called Tiramisu. Here’s the blurb: A stand-up comedy show about mascarpone and the things that make me scream into pillows. Look, I’m not in the worst shape in the world but there’s never a waking moment I’m not thinking about Tiramisu. Yeah man, I got ‘su on the brain, I’ll admit it. It’s the perfect dessert. Chew if you want but absolutely not necessary. There are biscuits in there, don’t get me wrong… but you’re not gonna choke on ‘em.These biccies are compromised. These biccies are moist. A dessert for the adults. Like opium with superior mouthfeel. Built on a foundation of coffee, booze and cheese. But then again, aren’t we all? 2023 ADELAIDE FRINGE WEEKLY AWARD WINNER FOR ‘BEST COMEDY’ TOUR SUPPORT FOR: Doug Stanhope, Steph Tolev & Nurse Georgie Carroll ★★★★★ THE ADVERTISER ★★★★★ GLAM ADELAIDE “So funny” — STEPH TOLEV
