Embracing Change Together

Designed for families across Junior, Middle and Senior School, this session explores the social, emotional and practical aspects of transition, including changes in routines, expectations and relationships. Parents will gain insight into how transitions can affect wellbeing and how proactive support can build confidence and resilience. Delivered by Burgmann’s Student Care team, the session provides practical strategies to help families prepare for change, support emotional regulation and strengthen communication during transition periods. Parents will leave with a clearer understanding of how to partner with their child and the school to navigate transitions with confidence, connection and care.
