In November, Niva will take on an enormous challenge: 142KM. 5 DAYS. ONE BIG PURPOSE. She'll be walking the Canberra Centenary Trail as part of the Menslink Great Walk, raising money to support young guys in our community who are going through tough times. Menslink supports young men across Canberra through free counselling, mentoring and education programs, helping young guys build resilience, confidence and positive relationships. Now it's our turn to help young guys in Canberra going through tough times, to GLOW FOR GOOD. 🌈 WHAT'S HAPPENING? Expect a night packed with: 💗 NEON WORKOUT Get amongst a fun, high-energy F45 workout under the lights. 🎧 LIVE DJ — DEXTER Our very own social media guy Dexter on the decks bringing the soundtrack for the night. 🍗 FOOD BY THE GOLDEN ROAST Refuel and hang out after the workout with food from The Golden Roast. ✨ NEON. Most importantly — every dollar raised helps support Niva's fundraising efforts for Menslink. 🎟️ TICKETS • Adults — $25 per person • Children — $12.50 per child (Food & Social Only) Note: Children's tickets are FOOD & SOCIAL ONLY and do not include participation in the workout. WHY MENSLINK? For more than 20 years, Menslink has supported young men across Canberra through free counselling, mentoring and education. Their work helps young guys navigate difficult periods, develop resilience and build positive relationships. The Menslink Great Walk is one of their major fundraising initiatives. Participants take on the 142km Centenary Trail over five days, raising funds that help keep these programs available to young men in our community. For Niva, this isn't just about walking 142 kilometres. It's about making sure a young guy who's doing it tough knows he doesn't have to do it alone. 💗 COME GLOW WITH US Bring your friends.
