Join us at the Sakya Temple of Peace for a Green Tara Puja, which is a traditional Tibetan Buddhist practice performed in monasteries, nunneries and Buddhist centres, to increase positive activities and remove obstacles. You will follow a set practice in a group that consists of praises and prayers to Green Tara and other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Even if you can't follow along with the whole practice, it is a good experience to attend a puja and receive the blessings. Afterwards, we will have lunch together - bring along something vegetarian to share! This is an in-person event only. Everyone is welcome.
