Across two action-packed days, athletes of all experience levels will have the chance to compete, race and test themselves in a high-energy competition experience created by hiit republic, as part of the CBR Fitness Expo weekend. Whether you’re chasing the podium, entering your first competition, or simply want to see what you’re capable of, the Arena is for you. Your event ticket also includes FREE access to the CBR Fitness Expo for the entire weekend! EVENT DETAILS When: Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 October 2026 Time: 9am - 6pm each day Where: Budawang Building Exhibition Park Canberra (EPIC) – Corner of Flemington Road and Northbourne Avenue Mitchell. Open to members and non-members, aged 16+ DAY 1 – PAIRS COMPETITION MM + FF Pairs | PRO + Everyday Divisions Grab your training partner and get ready to compete. Day 1 brings the hiit republic training experience to the competition floor, with teams taking on 3–4 specially programmed workouts across a 90-minute competition wave. Expect intensity. Expect teamwork. Expect to be tested. ⚡Race Categories PRO: For experienced athletes ready to compete at prescribed competition standards, including specified weights and movement standards. Everyday: For everyday athletes ready to challenge themselves on the competition floor. Loads can be adjusted to suit your fitness capacity, making this a great option for first-time competitors and experienced athletes alike. Competitive or friendly options. ⚡Tickets Cost – $175 per team *One ticket covers your team of two. ⚡Waves Waves will be allocated the week before the event. PRO Division | Seperate prizes for MM + FF teams 1st Place: $500 cash per team, 12-month hiit republic Multi Club Membership per participant and $300 Supp Society pack per team. 2nd Place: Garmin Forerunner 165 Music Watch per participant and $200 Supp Society pack per team. Everyday Division | Seperate prizes for MM + FF teams 1st Place: $200 EVA Athletic voucher per team, 6-month hiit republic Multi Club Membership per participant and $200 Supp Society pack per team. 2nd Place: $100 EVA Athletic voucher per team and $200 Supp Society pack per team. DAY 2 – HYBRID RACE Solo + Doubles | MM + FF + Mixed Doubles Day 2 brings a fast-paced race combining running and functional fitness into one ultimate test of strength, speed and endurance. Race it solo or grab a partner and take it on together. ⚡Race Categories PRO Solo: Take on the entire challenge yourself and see just how fast you can go. For experienced athletes ready to compete at prescribed competition standards, including specified weights and movement standards. Solo Everyday: Take on the full challenge solo in a non-competitive format, focused on testing yourself and enjoying the experience. Doubles Open Division: Share the work and race alongside your partner in M/M, F/F or Mixed. Choose between competitive or just for fun. ⚡Waves Waves will be allocated the week before the event. BEFORE YOU REGISTER Please select your division carefully when purchasing your ticket. PRO athletes will be required to complete workouts using prescribed competition weights and movement standards. Everyday athletes will have greater flexibility to adjust loads based on their individual fitness capacity. Open Division athletes have the choice to participate competitively or just for fun. Detailed workouts, movement standards, athlete schedules, wave allocations and event-day instructions will be provided to registered competitors prior to the event. Ready to test yourself?
