Full description from organizer

Experience a Sound Bath for deep rest, relaxation and inner harmony. Let soothing vibrations help you relax, reset, and restore. Take a moment to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself through a soothing 1 hour Sound Bath for Deep Rest and Relaxation. This gentle, meditative experience invites you to simply lie back, close your eyes, and be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other beautiful instruments. The sounds and frequencies work through your whole being — helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your energy back into harmony. As the layers of sound unfold, you may find yourself drifting into a deeply restful state where the body can reset and the spirit can restore. It’s an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you, make space for calm, and reconnect with your natural state of balance and peace. Whether this is your first Sound Bath or a familiar practice, all you need to do is come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you gently inward. Sound Bath Participant Guide Welcome! To help you get the most from your Sound Bath experience, please read the following guide. Location Regular Sound Baths will be held at: Mingle Community Space, 3 Klaus Moje Street, Whitlam during September until December. Important Notes: • Entry is via the stairs/ramp - ground level. • Finding the studio from the Heartbeat Cafe car park - you will walk out of the car park driveway onto Klaus Moje Street, cross the road and turn right up the footpath. You will then see a grey paved pathway between the buildings and at the end of that is a small set of stairs (after the rainbow seat). Proceed up the stairs to the glass door and push the intercom/door bell and we will let you in. Look out for signage that will be strategically placed to guide you to the entry point. • Parking: Free parking is available across the road and in front of Heartbeat Cafe. Please allow yourself enough time to find a park and walk to the studio. Doors will be locked at 6:55 pm so the session can start promptly at 7:00 pm. A Message from your Sound Bath Facilitator Hi everyone, I’m Lauren. I’m currently on a spiritual and wellness journey devoted to personal growth and inner expansion, while guiding and supporting others toward a sense of calm, balance, and wellbeing as a qualified Sound Bath Practitioner. I’ve always felt a natural connection to sound and frequency—long before I understood their profound potential as tools for healing. In recent years, attending sound baths has deeply inspired me to explore sound healing more intentionally and to begin holding space for others through this gentle, nourishing, and non-invasive modality. My path has also led me to mantra and meditation, enriched by my regular visits and heartfelt connection to India, where I’ve experienced the beauty and depth of these ancient traditions firsthand. Guided by intuition, compassion, and a genuine love for wellness, I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and safe space where you can fully unwind, reset, and reconnect.
