Join Gaz from Vibrational Vortex for an intimate sound immersion experience designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and guide you back to yourself. What to expect: The session runs for approximately 1 hour and is structured in three parts: Opening Breathwork & Grounding Meditation A short, gentle practice to settle your nervous system and bring you fully into the present before the sound immersion begins. Full Sound Immersion You'll be bathed in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more, each carefully chosen to guide you into deep rest and restoration. Gentle Close After the sound immersion, Gaz will guide you gently back into your body through a short breathwork and grounding practice, helping you land softly and leave feeling present, calm, and clear.
