Breathwork and Sound Immersion Reset

A gentle introduction to breathwork with a sound immersion afterwards, to help you release tension, and reset your nervous system. 🌀 Vibrational Vortex: Relax, Breathe & Restore — Sound & Breathwork for Everyone If you've been curious about breathwork but haven't known where to begin, this session is the ideal starting point. Gaz from Vibrational Vortex has designed this event specifically for those who want to experience breathwork in a short, gentle, and fully guided format, without the commitment of a longer session. What to expect: The session runs for 60 minutes and is structured in two parts: Guided Breathwork (20 minutes) You'll be provided with headphones and an eye mask to help you fully relax and turn inward. Gaz will guide you through a conscious breathing and mouth cyclic breathing techniques at a pace that is accessible for everyone. Live Sound Healing Following the breathwork, you'll be immersed in a live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drum, and more, each chosen to support deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. This session is ideal if you: • Have been curious about breathwork but haven't tried it yet • Want a shorter, low-pressure introduction before committing to a longer event • Are looking for a genuine way to decompress and reset If you said yes to any of those, this session is your starting point. What to bring: • Comfortable clothing • A water bottle • Yoga mat • A low pillow and blanket if needed, whatever makes you most comfortable Headphones, and eye masks are all supplied. Please note — Contraindications: This session uses mouth-based, holotropic-style breathwork. For your safety, this session is not recommended if you: • Are pregnant 🤰 • Have epilepsy or a history of seizures ⚡ • Have cardiovascular issues such as heart disease or high blood pressure ❤️ • Have severe psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia or psychosis 🧠 • Have recent surgeries or physical injuries that intense breathing could affect 🩺 • Have glaucoma or retinal detachment 👁️ Please arrive free from recreational drugs or alcohol prior to the session.
