The Hey Sis x The Girls Club: Six-Week Beginner-Friendly Tennis Program 🎾💗 Ready to give tennis a go? Join The Hey Sis Project for six weeks of tennis, movement and connection in a fun, welcoming environment! This program is designed for women of all experience levels, whether you're picking up a racquet for the first time, returning to tennis or simply looking for a new way to stay active and meet people. Over six weeks, you'll enjoy a mix of beginner-friendly tennis coaching, cardio and social tennis, with opportunities to learn new skills, build confidence and connect with other women in the community.
