Restorative Yoga and Dinner Night

A holistic restorative yoga and Ayurveda food experience to rest, revive and heal on our Boxing Day public holiday 2027. Take a moment to pause, feel and reconnect as you rest and digest food and life. Yoga and Dinner Night is a genuine evening of being held as you receive gentle guidance and quality, delicious nourishment consciously made for digestive ease and contentment of the senses. No need to force, fix, rush, think, do, cook or prepare. Let go of busyness and gift yourself a fully embodied Flow and Food experience. Over 3 hours, Tracey will guide you through a deeply restorative yoga journey. Explore slow, restorative yoga poses, meditative kriyas, energetic mudras and guided meditation for peace and wellbeing, digestion, and inner stillness. This will be followed by a thoughtfully prepared, whole-food, prana-filled, Sattvic, Ayurveda-inspired dinner. Casually connect with community and enjoy the joy and sweetness of the experience. The whole process will gently support balancing Agni - your ability to digest food and life. Yoga and Dinner Night is a moment to rest, intentionally nourish, clear what no longer serves and deeply reconnect. Please note: * Restorative yoga is a passive practice that soothes the nervous system and restores the body's natural ability to heal. It is accessible for all levels. All ages, body types and abilities are welcome. * Bring a yoga mat (we don't borrow them), and anything that helps you feel personally comfy, like a shawl, cushion, blanket or personal pillow. * Flow and Food Members, please check your welcome email for your membership incentive code. * Food will be freshly prepared Vegetarian food, cooked with ghee for digestion. The meal is not vegan. *Tickets are strictly limited. There are no refunds if you cancel within 5 days of the event and we cannot find a replacement.
