A fortnightly community yoga gathering Ainslie and Gorman Arts centre and Rebus Theatre present free yoga classes with Koko Shie. These classes are for Ainslie and Gorman Arts Centre residents and friends of the centre. All are welcome, all you need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. After each session stick around for tea! ✨ 60-minute yoga session ✨ Suitable for all levels ✨ Free to attend (BYO Mat) ✨ Tea and connection afterwards Koko Shie is a certified E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and sound therapy facilitator with over 10 years of international teaching experience. Trained extensively in Canada, India, Thailand, and Hawaii under respected yoga lineages and masters, Koko brings a deeply compassionate approach to yoga. Her classes weave together breath, movement, sound, and energy healing to support presence, connection, and wellbeing. 📍 Main Hall, Gorman Arts Centre Presented in partnership with Rebus Theatre Spaces are limited.
