DiversAbility Fun Day 2026

Dementia Alliance Darwin (DAD) and DiversAbility Collective will host DiversAbility Fun Day 2026 to celebrate International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD), held annually on 3 December. IDPwD is a global day that promotes inclusion, accessibility and equal opportunities for people with disability, while celebrating their achievements, contributions and diverse abilities. This free, family-friendly and inclusive community celebration is open to everyone and provides a welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities to connect, participate and have fun together. The day will feature a vibrant program of sports, arts and crafts, live singing and dancing, interactive games, food and drinks, community displays and award presentations, offering something for everyone. More than just a fun day, the event creates opportunities to build connections, encourage understanding and respect, showcase abilities and celebrate the valuable contributions people with disability make to our community.
