Monica has stumbled across some amazing Australian-made Sea Sauces from Kansom, and naturally, she's decided to turn them into a series of tasting events! First up, we're diving into Scallop Sea Sauce, exploring five different ways to use this deliciously savoury, umami-packed ingredient. From fresh and zesty to crispy, creamy and buttery, we'll take you through five tasting dishes, each showcasing the versatility of this rather special sauce. And because good food deserves good wine, we'll be pairing the experience with two Australian white wines. Your $119 ticket includes: • Five tasting dishes • Two glasses of Australian wine (150ml each) • Your very own jar of Kansom Scallop Sea Sauce to take home • A packet of Kansom scallop-coated roasted almonds to enjoy later You'll leave with a full belly, a little inspiration and the ingredients to continue experimenting in your own kitchen!
