Sound Journey with the Voice

Come and immerse yourself in the sounds of the human voice in this holistic therapeutic sound journey. It's vibrational medicine for the body and soul! Relax deeply while being bathed in vocal tones and overtones (harmonic singing). Be guided back into the present with the sounds of the chime bell, koshi chimes and other percussion. During a sound bath an atmosphere of safety and security is created. Research has shown that many physical, emotional and mental health benefits can be achieved during this state. It is possible to let go, release stress, pain, anxiety and feelings that have a negative impact on our health. It can also be a space to connect to something greater than ourselves. WHAT TO BRING Yoga, mats, blankets and bolsters are provided, but please bring a sarong or sheet to cover yourself, in case you cool down, and anything else you need to be comfortable lying down for approximately 45 mins.
