The Ember Within - Illuum & 9D Breathwork & Spinal Energetics

The Ember Within is a deeply immersive two-hour experience where breath, energy, warmth and light converge to create space for nervous system down-regulation, emotional release, deep relaxation and reconnection. At the heart of the experience is a 9D Down-Regulation Breathwork journey, intentionally designed to support the body in moving towards a calmer, more restorative state and supporting its natural recovery processes. Combined with Spinal Energetics, infrared warmth and red light therapy, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften into your body and create space to simply be. 🔥 WHAT TO EXPECT ✨ 9D Down-Regulation Breathwork~ an multi-sensory guided journey using breath, sound and somatic awareness to support down-regulation, relaxation and reconnection. ✨ Spinal Energetics~ An intuitive, body-led experience inviting the nervous system, energy and body into deeper connection, movement and release. ✨ Infrared warmth ~ creating a gentle cocoon-like environment of warmth and stillness - please note this will be a moderate temperature. ✨ Red light therapy `~ incorporated into the experience to complement the restorative environment. With the Harvest Full Moon reaching its fullness just after we gather, it feels like the perfect time to come together. Traditionally, the Harvest Moon has marked a time of gathering, reflection and release, a moment to pause and acknowledge what has been cultivated, while making space for what is ready to be let go. As red and near-infrared light needs to reach the skin, you may choose to wear less clothing if you’d like to maximise the amount of skin exposed to the light. This is completely optional — wear whatever feels comfortable and respects your personal boundaries. You can also adjust what you wear throughout the experience according to your comfort. 🧣 Sarong or light towel; optional, but recommended if you’d like something for comfort, to place underneath you or to wipe away any perspiration if you become warm during the experience. 🫶 Yourself; come as you are, with an open mind and permission to relax, breathe and receive. 🤍 COME AS YOU ARE Whether you’re completely new to breathwork and Spinal Energetics or already familiar with these practices, you are welcome here.
