The Charcuterie Session: The Classics

Sometimes, you just can't beat the classics! Join us at The Last Supper for a relaxed, guided tasting celebrating the traditional art of charcuterie, where simple ingredients, time-honoured techniques and a little patience create something delicious. For this session, we're showcasing three handcrafted artisan salamis from Australian producer Goose on the Loose: Cacciatore Mild – A traditional Italian-style salami with delicate seasoning and a beautifully balanced flavour. Saucisson – A French-style classic, showcasing the simple pleasure of expertly cured pork. Beef – Rich, savoury and full of flavour, offering a delicious contrast to the traditional pork varieties. Each salami will be served with a carefully selected cheese and paired wine. It's the perfect way to enjoy aperitivo hour, with delicious bites, a few carefully matched wines and good conversation to ease you into the evening. No charcuterie or wine expertise required. Just bring your appetite, your curiosity and a love of good food and good company.
