Celebrate Beltane (or Bealtaine) with one of the great fire festivals of the Wheel Of The Year with community, ceremony, ritual fire dance, wood-fired hot tubs, ceremonial cacao, and time on pristine land beside a freshwater creek... Men and women have gathered around the fire in this way for aeons, and the ancestral rite of fire-dancing is medicine for each of us, and for these times. Photo and video will be taken respectfully - you will be notified and your privacy respected. Personal phones are not allowed to be used to take footage during the fire dance ceremonies. CONCESSION + PAYMENT PLAN INQUIRIES Cash flow is tight for many of us at this point in time and we know that attending this type of event might be a financial stretch, despite all the benefits it brings. We have a limited number of payment plan options for those who need to spread payments out. Paypal 'Pay-in-4 is also available. If you can no longer attend, your ticket can be sold or transferred to someone else, by you. The ticket itself is non-refundable. Organizer Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organisers, your ticket will be fully refunded. Fire Bans: The event will proceed in full compliance with any fire bans or restrictions in place at the time, in line with relevant regulations. We have a fun substitute fire! Extreme Weather: The event program may be modified (e.g. fire elements paused, moving the dance to covered areas), but no refunds will be offered for wet weather itself. Guests attend at their own risk and are responsible for appropriate wet-weather gear. The event will only be cancelled if the venue or authorities force closure (e.g. flooded access roads, official closure, cyclone warning to stay indoors). This circumstance is classified as Organizer Cancellation and will qualify for a refund. Weather-related early departures are classified as Guest Cancellation; no refunds will be processed.
