Through the frequencies and vibrational tones of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be invited to get comfortable, close your eyes and simply receive the vibrational medicine that is in direct communication with your innate smart body. This is the energy system that exists within and outside the body creating a powerful sensory and meditative experience. There is nothing you need to achieve. Nothing you need to work out. WHAT TO BRING Please bring: • Wear comfortable clothing • Water & snacks • A yoga mat, cushion and or blanket for comfort. • A black out eye mask if you have one, if not one will be provided. • Journal & pen if you would like to capture anything afterwards. You may also wish to bring a journal for any reflections that arise after the experience.
