About Emma Galloway Emma Galloway (Te Atihaunui a Pāpārangi, Ngāti Raukawa ki te Tonga, Ngāti Rangi) is the bestselling author of My Darling Lemon Thyme, A Year in My Real Food Kitchen and Every Day.
