What is Soul by the Sea? Soul by the Sea is a mindful, heart-led circle where you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself. Through gentle movement, meditation, grounding practices, sound, posture, gesture, and freestyle dance, we help you reconnect with your body, heal old wounds, ignite your intuition, and rebuild your self-worth. In a world that’s increasingly digital, disconnected, distracted, and disembodied, Soul by the Sea is real - the human connection we are all craving, bringing you out of the head and into the body.
