From Fury to Freedom A 9D Breathwork Journey Anger isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s biting your tongue to keep the peace, saying “I’m fine” when you’re not, or carrying so much frustration that even small things feel like one more thing. You might notice it as a shorter fuse, a tense body, or the feeling that you’ve been holding everything in for too long. From Fury to Freedom is for men and women who want to pause, tune in and explore what that pressure feels like, with guidance and sound supporting the journey. This is an active, emotionally focused breathwork experience—not a quiet relaxation session. The journey includes a slower 4-2-6 breathing pattern, longer active breathing, breath holds, affirmations, immersive sound and a guided moment of vocal expression. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you feel or what you want to change. You’ll be briefed before we begin and guided through the session. You remain in charge of your participation and can adjust your breathing, stay quiet during the vocal section, take a break or stop at any point. This experience doesn’t promise to erase anger or change what’s happening in your life; it offers dedicated time to notice what you’re carrying and meet it with curiosity.
