GATHER with Sharna as you reconnect with yourself and your divine feminine energy as we arrive in Circle at The Temple Cafe, a picturesque sanctuary in the heart of nature. GATHER Women’s Circle is a home for women to come together in a sacred space of support, love and nurturance because women are powerful when we stand together. Do you desire a space: · To reconnect with yourself after giving so much to others? · To heal old wounds around trust, competition, or comparison with women? · To feel part of something bigger, connected to nature, cycles, or community? · To experience transformation, not just conversation? My offer to you is a safe and sacred space to allow you to be held in Circle: ~ Just as you are ~ What to expect: • Come as you are, be comfortable in embodying YOU • Each circle offers a theme or topic to explore. Circle will be held monthly. • I will guide you through an activity that compliments the theme (eg. journaling, breath work, meditation, gentle movement) • Time to genuinely connect with women in Circle. • Time to share your thoughts, insight or wisdom with women within the Circle (only if this feels right for you) *Arrive early to grab a dirnk or snack from the cafe before Circle. Afterwards, please enjoy the beatiful surrounds or grab some lunch before you go. The menu is delicious, organic and locally sourced (I highly recommend the scones!) What to bring: • Notebook/journal and pen (reflect at any stage throughout circle to deepen your experience) • Bolster or cushion to be completely comfortable • Water bottle • Anything else that can support or guide you See you in Circle.
