This simple, safe and highly potent style of breathwork activates the subconscious mind and brings insight that is not as easily accessed through traditional therapy. With FBR being nervous system informed, it is a complete and natural way to reset the nervous system, release limiting subconscious beliefs and to integrate more confidence, trust and joy into life. Our breathwork circles are intentionally designed cycles of breathing, where we move through a cycle of activation, process, and integration. This process assists in nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and releasing unresolved stress responses and old patterns of tension.
