Sound healing + Springbrook hike HER FREQUENCY ✨ Community Hike | Springbrook Sunday 22 November |8:30am – 12:00pm approx. Springbrook, Gold Coast Hinterland FREE WOMEN'S EVENT Come join us for our Her Frequency gathering — a morning created for women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and connect with other women in community. 🌿 We'll begin with a grounding sound healing, giving you space to settle, soften and arrive fully in your body before we head into the beautiful Springbrook rainforest together. From there, we'll make our way through the Purling Brook Falls, surrounded by ancient rainforest, waterfalls and the energy of nature. This isn't about pace, distance or performance. It's about getting out of your head, into your body and into connection — with yourself, with nature and with the women around you. THE MORNING ✨ 🌿 Sound Healing We'll begin with a grounding sound healing to help you slow down, settle your nervous system and connect inward before we move. 🥾 Purling Brook Falls We'll then head off together into Springbrook National Park for the Purling Brook Falls Circuit - taking our time, enjoying the rainforest and moving together as a group. Community + Connection Come solo, come with a friend, or come not knowing anyone at all. This is a space to meet new women, have real conversations and create community beyond the usual surface-level connection. ✨ A morning to simply BE No pressure to perform, achieve or be anything other than yourself. Just nature, movement, connection and a little space to breathe. WHAT TO BRING 💧 Plenty of water 🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on for the sound healing 🥾 Comfortable shoes suitable for hiking 🧢 Sun protection 👙 Swimmers and Towel if you'd like to swim 🥨 Snacks if you get hangry 🌦️ A rain jacket if the weather calls for it 🤍 Yourself, exactly as you are A LITTLE NOTE The Purling Brook Falls is a rainforest walking track with uneven surfaces, stairs and some inclines. Please make sure you're comfortable participating in a moderate bushwalk and wear appropriate footwear. We'll be moving as a group and there is absolutely no need to rush — this is a morning to enjoy the experience, not race to the finish. We'll send the exact meeting point and any final details to registered attendees before the event. This is weather dependant - if it's raining, we'll organise another connection event.
