Meditation and sound bath

Meditation and sound bath You’re warmly invited to join us for a nourishing Meditation and Sound Bath, a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. This session begins with a gentle meditation to help calm the mind and settle the nervous system, followed by an immersive sound bath. You’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls along with a variety of other therapeutic instruments, creating a rich, layered sound experience that supports deep rest and inner balance. Spaces are limited to keep this a nurturing, intimate experience, so bookings are essential. Please note the studio gate will close at 5:30pm when class begins. The gate opens 15 minutes prior to class, so please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in before we start.
