Mindswell Circle

A weekly community circle with a chance to connect, share what's going on in your life and meet others. Move. Breathe. Belong. Life gets busy, and it's easy to go weeks without a real conversation about how you're actually doing. The Mindswell Circle offers a space for that conversation. Each week we gather around a different theme or topic, from rest and change to friendship and finding balance. It's an opportunity to connect with others, talk about what's going on in your life, and hear from people who may be navigating something similar. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you like. Listening is just as valuable as speaking. Guided by Natalie, the Circle runs on simple shared agreements: what's shared here stays here, we listen without judgement, and everyone has the chance to be heard. This is community connection, not therapy. An invitation to honest conversation and time with others.
