Celebrate with us the arrival of the Spring equinox with a joyful morning in nature as we gather for a relaxed community picnic beneath the trees. Together we'll honour the season through a playful nature scavenger hunt, seasonal reflections and simple rituals that invite curiosity, connection and wonder as we welcome the season of new beginnings in the company of like-hearted women and families. All ages of children welcome to join. What to wear and bring: Wear comfy clothes & bring a picnic rug, journal + pen, water bottle and something to share in our morning tea if you feel called to bring a plate. Free parking available & bathroom facilities close by. __________________________________________________________ *****Cancellation policy for this event:***** If you are no longer able to attend our event and wish to cancel your ticket, please email [email protected]. The following cancellation terms apply to our events. More than 7 days before the event You may request a refund, less any non-refundable booking or payment processing fees that we have already incurred. Alternatively, you may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to our approval and the nature of the event. Within 7 days of the event Bookings are generally non-refundable and non-transferable because preparations, venue costs, catering and other event expenses may already have been committed. Where possible, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to approval. We may also offer a credit towards a future Earth Mothers event at our discretion. However, if you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact at [email protected]. We will always endeavour to find a fair and compassionate solution where we can. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable cancellation and refund terms. __________________________________________________________ *****ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY***** I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING OR ATTENDING ACTIVITIES, SERVICES OR EVENTS, namely with Earth Mothers Community, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity, service or event. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the practitioners, instructors, facilitators, event holders, sponsors, and organisers of Earth Mothers Community, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity, class, service or event. In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, class, service or event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my travelling to and from this event, (B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND WILL NOT SUE the entity and/or persons organising or performing this activity, service or event and waive them from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, service or event, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. I acknowledge that this activity, class, service or event may test a person’s physical, mental, energetic and spiritual limits and may carry with it potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, practitioners, volunteers, teachers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the activity, service or event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to participants but are also present for volunteers. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity, class, service or event. The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT I AGREE TO THIS OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
