This Mat Pilates class is offered as an invitation to experience Oneday Pilates at Mount Stuart Hall - slow, intentional movement in a calm, welcoming space. Bookings are essential. The Experience • Small classes (up to 10 people). Spaces are limited to maintain a calm, considered class environment. • 45-minutes of slow, controlled mat-based movement. • Calm, minimal environment. • Thoughtful cueing and guidance. • Suitable for all areas. Before You Arrive • Wear clothing you are comfortable to move in • Water, if desired • Mats are provided Find Us • This class is located in the Dance Hall (Upstairs) at Mount Stuart Memorial Hall. • Enter at double doors under ‘Mount Stuart Memorial Hall’ sign on upper level. • There is free street parking.
