Springtime is here and it's time to dance. Join us for an evening of free expression, movement and connection, Saturday 10th October at Sandfly Hall. Music will be playing as you walk in, so feel free to get your body moving right away, or grab a cup of complimentary cacao and settle in slowly. Doors open at 6:15pm and we'll wrap up around 8:30pm. Tas will facilitate some playful embodiment exercises to warm us up, before we go on a dance journey curated by Adrielle. However you're feeling on the night is welcome. The space is there for you to connect and express yourself as you are, whether that's ecstatic, subdued, or anywhere in between. No experience needed. Drug and alcohol free.
