About this event
Join us among the trees for a 1-1 Breathwork circle - a chance for an inner journey with individual support to explore, release and connect. You are welcome just as you are. We begin with a group welcome meditation and grounding activity, An individual sitter then guides and holds space for each breather. We start with a 1-1 check-in with your sitter before a Conscious Connected Breathwork session to music.

After the Breathwork, there is a time to check in with your sitter, and / or to journal and reflect before a short group closing circle. Doors open at 9.45 am for a 10 am start, and we finish sometime between 12.30 pm and 1 pm. This style of Breathwork is generally safe, but is not recommended in pregnancy, or for those with asthma or epilepsy, for people who should avoid cardio activity, or for people with recent experiences of psychosis. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Please bring a sheet, blanket and pillow; a water bottle; and writing / drawing materials (if you wish).
