Traditional Twinning at Tasmanian Nature Festival

Join the SETAC's Working on Country Team to learn traditional twinning techniques passed down through Palawa knowledge, using native fibres and naturally collected materials gathered in a culturally respectful way. Create your own unique piece of jewellery while learning about the importance of caring for Country, culture and community. About the Presenter The SETAC Working on Country Team supports the care and protection of land, sea, air and culture through community-led environmental projects. Guided by Palawa knowledge, cultural practices and strong connections to Country, the team works to care for and heal Country while strengthening community connection and cultural knowledge.
