Understanding Yourself Under Pressure

Understanding Yourself Under Pressure. Pressure has a way of changing the way we think, feel and respond. When demands increase, we may become more reactive, withdrawn, overwhelmed, controlling, people-pleasing, impatient or simply feel unlike ourselves. Understanding Yourself Under Pressure is a reflective and engaging workshop exploring the patterns and behaviours that can emerge when life feels demanding. Together, we’ll look at what happens within us when pressure rises, why our responses can sometimes surprise us, and how our individual patterns can influence the way we communicate, make decisions and relate to others. This workshop is designed to help you become more curious about your own responses and better understand what may be happening beneath the surface when life feels intense. If you’ve ever wondered, “Why do I react like this when I’m under pressure?” — this workshop is for you. Please bring a notebook and pen for personal reflection and any insights you may wish to capture throughout the session.
