UNWIND - a day retreat.

A day for you. Nestled amongst 30 acres of beautiful bushland - totally secluded and just 10 minutes from Hobart - UNWIND is a nourishing day retreat designed to leave you feeling inspired, restored and grounded, ready to set clear intentional momentum toward the new year. Curated intentionally - the day will be woven together by Pilates with Henry Rheinberger, meditation, breath and journaling practices and finished with an Illuminate: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath by myself and Andy Short. We will be nourished throughout by delicious food catered incredibly by Silver Bean. Alongside this - plenty of space to simply pause, slow down and unwind amongst the nature that encompasses this beautiful venue. We’re incredibly privileged to be hosting the first retreat at Boxwood, in Mt Nelson - a luxurious new space to move and rest.
