Aerial Yoga & Floating Sound Bath

Relax & Reset Your Body and Mind with Stretching, Suspension and Sound ✨ Relax & Reset Your Body and Mind with Aerial Yoga & Floating Sound Bath ✨ Escape the everyday and give your body and mind the chance to truly unwind. Join us for a deeply relaxing experience combining gentle Aerial Yoga stretching with the blissful sounds and vibrations of a Floating Sound Bath. Whether you're naturally flexible or you can barely touch your toes, this experience is suitable for all levels and abilities. No previous Aerial Yoga experience is required — just come along, get comfortable and let gravity do the work. 💫 🧘‍♀️ Aerial Yoga Stretching During the Aerial Yoga session, you'll each have your own beautiful silk hammock suspended from the ceiling. Using the hammock for support, you'll explore gentle anti-gravity stretching techniques that allow you to move deeper into stretches than you may be able to on the floor. With the support of the hammock and gravity gently pulling your body downwards, you'll be able to relax into each stretch and gradually release areas of tension. Stretches are held for longer periods, giving your muscles and body time to soften and settle rather than forcing flexibility. And don't worry — this isn't a painful stretching session! ❤️ Everything is gentle, controlled and designed to help you feel relaxed and supported. The hammock takes away the limitations of the floor, allowing your body to explore deeper ranges of movement in a way that feels comfortable for you. You don't need to be flexible to enjoy Aerial Yoga. In fact, it's perfect for those who think they're "not flexible at all!"😄 🔔 Floating Sound Bath After you've stretched, released and relaxed your body, it's time to completely surrender to the sounds. You'll settle into your hammock, which will be enclosed around you to create your own cosy suspended cocoon — almost like floating inside a peaceful little tent. ☁️ As you gently float, Kelly will play a beautiful selection of singing bowls and soothing sounds, creating vibrations and tones designed to encourage deep relaxation, mindfulness and nervous-system regulation. With your body completely supported and surrounded by sound, you'll have the opportunity to let go of the outside world, quieten your mind and simply be. 🌙 Your Experience ✨ Gentle anti-gravity stretching ✨ Deeper, supported flexibility work ✨ Aerial hammock relaxation ✨ A peaceful floating sound bath ✨ Singing bowls and soothing vibrations ✨ Time to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself ✨ Suitable for all flexibility levels ✨ No previous Aerial Yoga experience required Come as you are, leave feeling longer, lighter, calmer and completely reset. 💜 This is your time to switch off, let go and give yourself permission to simply relax.
